Congratulations on your decision
to buy! This is an exciting time. There's a lot to do,
and I'm here to help.

Obtaining a loan- Don't fret. Almost
anybody can get a home loan. Now the question is, "Which
loan is right for you?" I'll show you the difference
between a good loan and a bad one. I'll help you understand
the various claims of "no closing costs" and
"no money down." I can also help you discover
if you qualify for a first time home buyer's grant. Don't
make the mistake of choosing the lender that makes you
the biggest promises. Sometimes the biggest promises can
become the biggest letdowns. Remember to get a pre qualification
letter, too. It will help your offer when you are competing
against another buyer on the same house.

Searching for homes- Have you been driving
around looking for "for sale" signs? I can
give you a list of homes for sale, along with their addresses.
No more driving in circles, calling on homes that have
already sold. You pick your favorites, then I'll organize
a time to see them all at once. Sit back and relax. I
know values, neighborhoods, and how to get a great home
at a great price..

Viewing homes- I'll coordinate appointments
so you can tour every home you like in the same morning
or afternoon. I will show you any home listed for sale
on the listing service by any agent with any company.
How is that for one-stop shopping?

Making an offer- Making an offer is exciting,
and it pays to know the market, house values, and negotiation
strategies. I'll help you write the strongest offer and
get the best price under the best terms for you. I can
even send it to you electronically. Now that's cool.
Coordinating the sale- This is all the
behind-the-scenes work I do every day to ensure your
purchase is going smoothly. I'll coordinate with title
companies, appraisers, inspectors, lenders, and more to
help protect your interests and your money. Then I'll
help coordinating the closing and, when all is said and
done, hand you your keys!
Extended service- But I don't stop there.
I'll stay in touch and check in from time to time to
see how you're doing. I know that you may eventually
want to upgrade, and can be of assistance. Some upgrades,
additions, and remodels increase a home's value, while
others do not. I'm always here to help guide you through
all those decisions that homeowners can be faced with.
