You can't move your house, at least not reasonably.
Whatever your location, make the best of it. Present it
to buyers as a benefit, regardless of location. I've got
some creative ways to help you with this. Every home has
a buyer out there.
Curb appeal.
Whatever your budget or condition, little things
really do count here. Do you trim your lawn, groom your
trees, or have manicured gardens? Do you clean your windows,
wash your front door, or leave your garbage can in sight?
Every little bit counts.
De-clutter.
If you've ever been to a model home, you know what I'm
talking about. Start with your fridge, end tables, and walls
of family photos. Organize cabinets and closets, throw away
the junk in the garage or basement, and even consider reducing
the amount of furniture in the house. It's not easy to "de-personalize"
your home. But remember, buyers need to fall in love with
the home on their own terms...not yours. Call me. I'll

Sparkling clean.
Do it yourself or hwere a cleaning service to make
your house sparkle. Many buyers believe a clean house will
always be clean.
